This paper must be double spaced, 12-point font, and at least 6 pages. The 6 -7 pages must be content now title, abstract, reference do not count. You will be graded on the content of your essay, command of the topic, your ability to integrate ideas, evidence of original thought or analysis, and the logic of your ideas. I would like you to highlight and incorporate a theory of some sort that correlates to your topic. There must be at least 5 academic resources to support or contend your opinions about the content of the paper. You must cite in APA format within the text of the paper and in the references. The paper will not be accepted late and must be submitted through blackboard. Plagiarism will result in a failing grade. The Turnitin in Report must be less the 20%. For information see the University Policy Manual on Plagiarism. This does not preclude information from other sources so long as you attribute the source. Simply repeating what you hear in class or read in the book does not constitute A or B work. For my final paper, I will be discussing the problems that are in the Judicial system and the the sentencing problems that we are seeing based on race and severity of crime.
